Any community group, business, organisation or institution in the local authority area of Cumberland (formerly Carlisle, Allerdale and Copeland) can sign up to be a member of the Cumberland Sanctuary Network. We would ask that you sign up to the City of Sanctuary Charter and that you are able to tell us about how you support people seeking sanctuary in your area.
